ABOUT
Paige Warmington is a San Francisco based artist who received her BA from Stanford University in 2022. With a background in interdisciplinary art, she has recently shifted into creating mainly ceramic and wooden sculptures.
She imbues every sculpture she creates with a sense of personal history and cultural significance. Drawn to the ephemeral beauty of everyday objects, she finds inspiration in the trinkets and treasures that hold memories and emotions, shaping our collective sense of identity and belonging.
At the heart of her practice lies a fascination with both queer and personal history embedded within these seemingly ordinary artifacts. Through the lens of nostalgia, she explores the hidden narratives and forgotten voices that shape our collective consciousness.
Her sculptures serve as conduits for reflection and dialogue, inviting viewers to reconsider the significance of the everyday and to find beauty in the overlooked and discarded. By honoring the past, she strives to create a space for healing and connection, where nostalgia becomes a source of strength and empowerment.
